Thanks for joining our “Professional Trade Partnership Program 20-8-5”! These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a Trade Partner (“you”) and an Affiliate (“you”) who refers customers to use product or service from the KEMESU (“Company”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Trade Partner or an Affiliate, or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Program Details
You will get a total of 20% commission on total referral sales when a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link. If a single order reaches $8000 or above, the commission rate will be raised automatically to 25% for that particular order. You will get a cash reward from each of your personal sales, which is 10% of the paid amount.
2. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Program registration.
3. Affiliate Links
Affiliate link is automatically generated. If a person clicks on your affiliate link and makes any purchase, you will get a commission from the total sales accordingly and automatically.
Any customer who has clicked your affiliate link and successfully made a purchase, not only you may get a commission from this particular order, but you will also earn commission from future orders of this customer. We refer this mechanism as Lifetime Commission. Lifetime Commission relationship with your customers will end only when your customers have successfully joined your Network and become your downline affiliate.
You may also advertise you exclusive affiliate link on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers, to earn your customer base.
4. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).
For a Trade Partner to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Trade Partner the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
5. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
6. Network
If Network tab is activated, Trade Partners can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on the Program settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
All Trade Partners must inform KEMESU through sending email to info@kemesu.com.hk whenever they have sent out their Network links or invited anyone to join their Network. We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of Network registration.
7. Commission from Network Downline Affiliate
You will get 8% of the net sales of your 1st level downline affiliate as Commission. You will also get 5% of the net sales of your 2nd level downline affiliate as Commission.
8. Conflicts of Interest
a. Avoiding close relationships - Trade Partners are not allowed to directly recruit their family members (such as parents, spouses, siblings and children) and / or their romantic partners to join as their downline.
b. If a family or romantic relationship already exists, Trade Partners should proactively disclose it to the Company, the Company reserves the rights to suspend and terminate such Network relationships, and suspend or disqualify the payout of the Commission generated from such Network relationships. Trade Partners agree that all transaction processes are open and transparent, without using family or romantic relationship to gain undue benefits, such as extra commission from multiple Network levels.
c. Hierarchical management - The Company may require the establishment of intermediary management levels and arrange immediate family members or romantic partners in different management or Network lines to ensure fairness and impartiality.
d. Code of conduct - The Company will establish a set of code of conduct from time to time that prohibits Trade Partners from engaging in illegal or unethical business activities through family or romantic relationships.
9. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
10. Removal from Referral Program
If any Trade Partner wishes to be removed from the Program, they can do so by contacting KEMESU through info@kemesu.com.hk.

In case of any dispute, the decision of KEMESU (www.kemesu.com.hk) shall be final. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
